- CoStrict Purchase Terms
To regulate the purchase and use of CoStrict AI programming services on JD Store and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both users and Sangfor, these purchase terms are hereby established. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Product Plans and Pricing
1.1 Plan Types
CoStrict currently offers the following Credits packages on JD Store:

1.2 Credits Consumption Rules
- Different AI models consume different amounts of Credits per call
- Specific consumption rates are subject to real-time display on the CoStrict official website
- Sangfor reserves the right to adjust Credits consumption rates for each model based on operational needs without prior notice to users
- Users can check current Credits consumption standards for each model in the CoStrict client or official website
1.3 Price Adjustments
Sangfor reserves the right to adjust product prices. Price adjustments will be simultaneously announced on JD Store and the CoStrict official website. Credits already purchased will not be affected by price adjustments.
2. Purchase and Delivery
2.1 Purchase Channels
Users purchase CoStrict Credits packages through JD Store.
2.2 Required Information
When placing an order on JD, users must send this information to the store customer service after placing the order, or accurately fill in the CoStrict Account ID in the order notes in the following format:
- Note example: "CoStrict Account ID: user123456"
- If the Account ID is not filled in or filled in incorrectly, it will affect the Credits arrival time
- How to obtain Account ID: Log in to the CoStrict client and check in Personal Center
2.3 Credits Arrival Time
- Working days (Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays): Development colleagues will complete Credits recharge within 3 hours
- Non-working days: Recharge will be completed within 3 hours of the next working day
- After recharge is completed, users will receive an arrival notification in the CoStrict client
2.4 Payment Methods
All payment methods provided by JD Store are supported, including but not limited to:
- JD Pay
- WeChat Pay
- Alipay
- Bank card payment
- JD Baitiao
2.5 Invoice Issuance
- Users can apply for invoice issuance in JD orders
- Invoice content is "Software Service Fee" or "Technical Service Fee"
- Invoices are issued by JD Store in accordance with its invoice policy
3. Credits Usage Rules
3.1 Validity Period
- All purchased Credits are valid for 30 calendar days
- The validity period starts from the date when Credits are successfully recharged and credited
- Credits that expire unused will automatically become invalid and will not be refunded
3.2 Usage Order
- If users purchase multiple times, Credits will be consumed in order of expiration time
- Credits that are about to expire will be consumed first
3.3 Transfer Restrictions
- Credits cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to third parties
- Credits can only be used by the CoStrict account filled in at the time of purchase
- Violation of transfer restrictions may result in Sangfor freezing the relevant account
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not supported in the following situations:
- Credits have been recharged and credited (whether used or not)
- User Account ID was filled in incorrectly resulting in inability to recharge
- Service cannot be used due to user's own reasons
- User violates service agreement resulting in restricted usage
- Credits have expired
- Invoice has been issued
4.2 Refundable Situations
Refunds are only supported in the following very few situations:
- When JD order payment is successful but Credits have not yet been recharged and credited, users can apply for a refund
- Due to Sangfor technical failures resulting in long-term service unavailability (continuously for more than 30 days) and inability to restore through technical means
4.3 Refund Process
- Not recharged status: Users can directly apply for a refund through JD Store
- Recharged status: Need to contact both JD customer service and CoStrict official customer service for processing
- Provide relevant information such as JD order number, CoStrict Account ID, etc.
- Refunds will be executed in accordance with JD Store's refund policy
4.4 Special Situation Handling
- If recharge fails due to incorrect user Account ID, users can provide the correct Account ID and we will recharge again
- If users insist on a refund, they need to contact customer service within 24 hours after discovering the problem
5. Delivery Exception Handling
5.1 Recharge Delays
- If Credits do not arrive within the promised time, users can contact customer service to check the progress
- Customer service will reply with processing results within 1 hour
5.2 Recharge Errors
- If Credits are recharged to the wrong account, please contact customer service promptly
- Provide JD order number and correct CoStrict Account ID
- We will transfer or recharge again after verification
5.3 Account Issues
- If the user's CoStrict account does not exist or is frozen, please resolve the account issue first
- We will complete Credits recharge after the account returns to normal
6. Service Changes and Termination
6.1 Service Adjustments
- Sangfor reserves the right to adjust service content, features, etc.
- Major adjustments will be announced 30 days in advance on the official website and JD Store page
- If users do not accept the adjustments, they can apply for a refund during the announcement period (must meet refund conditions)
6.2 Service Termination
If service is terminated due to the following reasons, purchased Credits will not be refunded:
- User violates service agreement or relevant laws and regulations
- User maliciously attacks or abuses the service
- Other serious violations
7. Special Statements
7.1 Credits Nature
- Credits are virtual service points and do not have cash value
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or other valuable items
- Credits can only be used to purchase CoStrict services
7.2 Liability Limitations
- Users are responsible for accurately filling in their CoStrict Account ID
- Sangfor is not responsible for recharge delays or failures caused by user filling errors
- Users should ensure their CoStrict account is normal and available
7.3 Service Restrictions
- This service is only for legal purposes and prohibited for illegal activities
- Users should comply with relevant laws and regulations and CoStrict usage specifications
- Sangfor reserves the right to restrict abnormal usage behavior

8.2 Issue Handling Priority
- Recharge arrival issues - Reply within 1 hour
- Account-related issues - Reply within 2 hours
- Usage consultation issues - Reply within 4 hours
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Dispute Handling
- Disputes regarding JD transactions shall be handled in accordance with JD platform rules
- Disputes regarding CoStrict services shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties
- If negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the People's Court where Sangfor is located
9.2 Terms Modification
- Sangfor reserves the right to modify these purchase terms
- Modified terms will be simultaneously announced on JD Store and the CoStrict official website
- Continued purchase and use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms
10. Other
10.1 Terms Effectiveness
- These terms, together with the "CoStrict Service Agreement," "CoStrict Service Level Agreement," and JD platform rules constitute a complete service terms system
- In case of conflicts, specific terms shall prevail
10.2 Scope of Application
These terms only apply to CoStrict Credits packages purchased through JD Store.
Important Notes:
- Please be sure to accurately fill in your CoStrict Account ID in the JD order notes
- The restrictive provisions regarding refunds in these terms have been highlighted in bold, please pay special attention
- Once Credits are recharged and credited, refunds will not be supported, please purchase carefully
- Credits will arrive within 3 hours on working days, and will be postponed to the next working day on non-working days
